Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Express Delivery Orders received before 2:00 Eastern Time are shipped the same day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays in delivery may occur during holiday seasons due to high volumes of delivery items at the post office.
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and DHL Express Service for deliveries. Postal service problems are outside our control.
Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivering Time
All packages are shipped from Arlington, VA. We use Calculated Shipping Rates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.
During Checkout, we will show you a list of available shipping services and their corresponding prices and timeframes. The Shipping Rates and the Estimated Delivering Times will be calculated based on the Shipping Destination, Shipping Method Used, Weight and Package Size.

Local delivery (For Virginia Residents)
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 USD. Local delivery is offered within 8 miles radius from Arlington, Virginia. If your order qualifies and you are located between the delivery radius, the Local Delivery Option will be automatically enabled at Checkout.
Deliveries are made from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Duties & Taxes.
Duties, taxes, VAT, custom charges are not included in pricing or delivery fees. Please contact your taxing authority to determine what fees or taxes may apply to your order and how collection is handled.
Please consider that for our EU customers as July 1, 2021 Beginning July 1, the EU is imposing new VAT rules related to e-commerce so that all goods imported direct to customers in the EU will be subject to value-added tax (VAT), removing current exemptions on lower-value goods. The immediate impacts is that VAT will be collected directly from the consumer upon delivery. If VAT chargers are not paid upon delivery, the shipment will be abandoned by the carrier, and Last Inca Depot will not be responsible for issuing a refund.
