The "Tumi" Inca deity, is an Inca Culture sacrificial ceremonial axe or knife with a semi-circular blade. The Tumi was used for rituals during the " Inti Raymi " or " Festival of the Sun" Inca ceremonies in honor of the sun, after the maize harvest in the highlands. Today, hanging a Tumi knife on the outdoor wall is believed to bring good luck & protection.
